30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags still attached.
- It must be in a resalable condition.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or the company address without first requesting a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 2-3 business days after receiving the item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We kindly ask that you notify us of any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
